Here is a list of commonly asked questions:

Q: How do I know you are reputable?

A: My company has been in business for 6 years. I have thousands of clients and many referrals, simply ask them. I am A+ certified and a Microsoft Certified Professional. In addition, other technology companies recommend my services.

Q: Do you replace the power jack in every situation, or could you simply reattach it?

A: I replace power jacks in every situation. Why is that important? The power jack itself is delicate and the pins inside could be broken. If you simply reattach it to the computer, it may not work. Additionally, you have to take the laptop fully apart to do either repair. Why chance it further problems?

Q: What if the problem is not my power jack; are you able to help?

A: Yes, I can provide specific resolutions for all laptop problems.

Q: What hours are you open?
A: I am open when people call. If it is 8AM or 7PM, please leave a message. I have many appointments each day. I return phone calls between appointments. I would love to hear from you.

Q: How much does it cost?
A:
I charge $175.00 for replacement of laptop power jacks. There are several brands that would run $199.00. This is because they require additional placement and work. The price is all-inclusive.

Q: My Toshiba laptop jack works, but it is loose. Can you make it solid again?
A: Yes, I have a special epoxy that will bond to plastic and the jack, making it solid as a rock. (Certain Toshiba laptops have plastic mounting clips that break).

Q: How long do I have to be without my laptop?
A: Typically, it takes 3-5 business days. If the laptop is brought in on Saturday, the parts are not shipped to us until Monday. At times, stock may be in short supply.
